Directions for use

Besides precautions for using silicon carbide rod, you should pay attention to the followings when using the tri-phase silicon carbide rod:      

1.When installing the tri-phase silicon carbide rode, insert it into fireproofing tile vertically and freely rather than forcibly insert, so as to avoid rod breaking. After the steel pintle is pinned, the tri-phase rod shall be naturally vertical.                  

2.When using, the rod connected to the same power source shall be distributed with resistance.                                                                                                          

3.Before using, it is required to conduct a lighting test. That is to say, electrify to make the temperature of rods reach Zero Celsius degree, and then check the rods.  As for the dark rod, check the wiring situation; as for the rod flashing or having obvious bright spots, replace it with a new one.                                       

4.Comply with the heating-up regulations, and overloaded usage is forbidden.
